June 9, 2023 at 10:00AM in the Clark Shields Funeral Home with Pastor Johnny Phillips Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Hueston Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thurs. June 8, 2023 from 4:00-7:00PM at Clark Shields Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Forest Fire Dept. in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH 45843.
