Hogue will begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Eichholtz Daring and Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 321 N. Main St., Bellefontaine by Pastor Rick Riggs. Burial will be in Bellefontaine Cemetery. Friends may call 4-6 p.m. Monday. He died at 4:15 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017 at Vancrest of Urbana.
