Moyer will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Grove Cemetery in Kenton with full military rites by the Kenton Amvets Post 1994 Honor Guard. The Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. He died Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Donations may be made to the Kenton Amvets Post 1994 Honor Guard.
