VanScoder will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky by the Rev. Doug Pummell. Burial will be in the Chandler Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. He died on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018 at his brother’s residence in Upper Sandusky. Memorials may be made to the Harold T.
