Ivan Lee Parsell Posted on April 5, 2017 0 age 76, Wharton Services for Ivan Lee Parsell will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky by Pastor Les Bowling. Burial will follow in the York Street Cemetery in Wyandot County, where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Upper Sandusky Veterans Color Guard. A memorial service will be held Sunday at Eagle Rock Church, 6810 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington. Memorials may be made to Eagle Rock Church and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S.
