Memorial services for Janet G. Collins will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Alger Assembly of God Church. Burial of cremated remains will be in the Preston Cemetery in Alger at a later date.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church.
She died at 6:50 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at her residence.
She was born Oct. 22, 1966 in Kenton to Willy and Ellaree Joseph Miller. Her father preceded her in death and her mother and step-father, Carl Richardson, survive in McGuffey. She married Ron Collins in 1987.
Surviving are two sons, Jake and Luke Collins, both of Alger; two brothers, William “Bill” (Kathy) Miller of McGuffey and Mark (Nora) Miller of Dunkirk and a sister, Sherri (Dave) Miller of Ada.
She worked for Associated Plastics in Ada and was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed spending time with her friends.
The Bayliff and Son Funeral Home of Cridersville is handling the arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
