Services for Jean C. Fultz will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Alger by Pastor Rick Grayshock. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call 2-6 p.m. Sunday and until the time of services Monday.
She died at 3 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2012 at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 3, 1919 in McGuffey to Lawrence and Virginia (Dunson) Shrider. On Sept. 18, 1937 she married Vernon Fultz and he died May 28, 1993.
Surviving are a daughter, Joyce (Stanley) Hunt of Kenton; a sister, Anna Rose Ramsdell of Lima; two grandchildren, Jeana (Neal) Rohrs and Monica Mangano; four great-grandchildren, A.J. and Luke Rohrs and Elizabeth and Alex Mangano; and two great-great-grandchildren, Emma and Owen Rohrs.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter; a brother, Joe Shrider and two sisters, Marjorie Wies and Fern Fleece Stevenson.
Jean worked for Wilson Sporting Goods in Ada for 34 years, retiring in the early 1980s.
She was a member of the McGuffey Church of Christ.
Jean made lots of quilts for her family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the McGuffey Church of Christ.
