He was born June 21, 1990, the son of Steven L. and Debra A. (Swavel) Terrill. Kevin was married to Emily Parlett and she survives. The family of SGT Kevin L. Terrill invite you to attend the public funeral service on Thursday July 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Evangelical Church, Kenton with Reverend Scott Johnson, Pastor Jim Ellington, and Chaplain Major General John B Ellington, USAF (RET) officiating.
