Hayes Street, DeGraff by Rev. Ken Neighoff. Burial will follow in Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to services Monday. She passed away peacefully at 5:02 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. Memorial contributions may be made, in LaQuita’s memory, to Universal Home Health & Hospice Care, 701 S. Main Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.
