Friends and family may visit 1 hour prior to services at the church. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. Joy passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio. Memorial donations may be made to the Food Bank at the Fletcher United Methodist Church, 205 S.
