Services for Marion Dyer will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Alger by Pastor Dan Holbrook.
Friends may call 2-3 p.m. Saturday.
She died at 5:28 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008, at her home.
She was born in Sublett, Ky., to Elliott and Edith (Allen) Salyer.
Surviving are two sons, Terry (Cathy) Minix of Bellefontaine and Michael Dyer of Helena, Ala.; two daughters, Brenda (Jay) Schwartz of Beavercreek and Debra (Richard) Robirds of Belle Center; a brother, Donald Salyer of Florida; two sisters, Lucille Channey of Lima and Blanche Bailey of Knox, Indiana; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Judy Dyer; a brother, Arnold Salyer; two infant brothers; a sister, Myra Sommerville; an infant sister; two half-brothers, John and Homer Salyer and a half-sister, Nora Salyer.
She worked at RCA/GE in Findlay before retiring in 1995.
She loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Alice M. Gerling will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Grove Cemetery in Kenton by Pastor Dennis Burns.
There will be no visitation.
She died at 12:22 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2008, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
She was born March 18, 1913, in Columbus to Benjamin and Louise (Braley) Cosart. She married Henry B. Gerling and he died May 14, 1975.
Surviving are a daughter, Jeanne (Larry) Rockhold of Dade City, Fla.; two sons, Bernard Gerling of Kenton and Robert (Norma Jean) Gerling of Wapakoneta and two granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She had worked at Crystal Ice Co., Sturgis Market and Gus Dick’s Market.
She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Kenton.
