Due to the weather, the funeral services for Frank M. Blackburn have been rescheduled. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Shields Funeral Home in Forest.
Friends may call 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Sunday.
Military graveside services are rescheduled for Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the York Center Cemetery.
