formerly of Ada

Services for Lynda L. Logan will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Ada by the Rev. Patrick Allen and Pastor Trent Boedicker. Burial will be in the Auglaize Cemetery in Harrod.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday and until the time of services Tuesday.
She died at 8:20 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2008, at the Lost Creek Care Center in Lima.
She was born Dec. 14, 1949, in Bluffton to Maurice E. and Janice (Wingate) Umphress and they survive in Ada. She married Richard L. Shook on Sept. 20, 1969, and he died on Nov. 1, 1983. She then married Elwood D. Logan and he survives in Harrod.
Also surviving are a son, Dustin (Erin) Shook of Ada; a stepson, Bob Logan of Harrod; three stepdaughters, Debbie (John) McCullough of Florida, Teresa (Larry) Wireman of Harrod and Elisabeth (Bill) Coyer of Belle Center; three sisters, Kay (Daniel) Houx of Harrod, Rhonda (Joseph) Sloan of Lima and Laura (Larry) Spivey of Ada; six step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
She previously worked at the Liberty National Bank in Ada and formerly worked as an assistant manager at Arby’s Restaurant in Bluffton. She last worked at the Ohio Northern University as a custodian.
She attended the Grace Gospel Church of Ada and was a 1968 graduate of Ada High School.
