Services for Frank J. Koehler will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Price Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor Jeff Waite. Burial will be in the Hueston Cemetery, Forest, with military graveside services to be performed by Amvets Post 1994.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
He died at 12:35 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2008, at the Arlington Good Samaritan Center.
He was born April 29, 1935, in Wyandot County to Ernest G. and Lillie E. (Meeks) Koehler. On March 9, 1951, he married Audine L. Garmon and she survives in Forest.
Also surviving are a son, Kelvin (Tammy) Koehler of Forest; four grandchildren and a sister, Ann Kidwell of Asheville, N.C.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jenell Koehler; a brother, Gerald Koehler and a sister, Lois Clifton.
He was a farmer and a member of the Walnut Grove Church.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II.
He played football for Findlay College.
