Services for Dr. Richard H. Arnett were Saturday at the St. Pius X Catholic Church in Reynoldsburg. Burial was in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Pataskala.
He died Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at his home.
He was born Aug. 6, 1922, in Columbus to George and Vera (Hayes) Arnett.
Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Claire (Colwell) Arnett; seven children, Rick (Ava) Arnett of Tucson, Mary Anne Arnett of Reynoldsburg, Greg G. (Francie) Arnett of Adena, David Arnett of Bexley, Cathy Coburn of Canal Winchester, John P. (Lora) Arnett of Carroll and Mark J. (Becky) Arnett of Dublin; 17 grandchildren; and a sister, Vivenne Hommel of Kenton.
He was preceded in death by brothers Charles, Kenneth and Ted; a sister, Marion and a granddaughter.
He was a 1941 graduate of Kenton High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II.
He operated his chiropractic practice in Reynolds- burg until his retirement in 1995.
Memorials may be made to the Odyssey Hospice Care in Gahanna or the charity of the donor"s choice.

Services for Frieda N. Kindle will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Ada by Pastor H.M. "Gus" Guthrie. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ada.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and until time of services Thursday.
She died at 3:25 a.m. Monday, April 21, 2008, at Richland Manor Nursing Home in Bluffton.
She was born Nov. 20, 1922, in Bluffton to Emmitt and Ida Mae Vandemark. She married Paul E. Kindle and he preceded her death on March 13, 1986.
Surviving are two sons, Larry (Marilyn) Kindle of Ada and Terry (Maria) Kindle of Juarez, Mexico; a daughter, Rhonda (Jeff) Risner of Ada; two sisters, Imogene Schlosser of Lima and Vida Preston of Dola; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Ellis, Irvin, Myron and Milford "Pete" Vandemark and two sisters, Venna Schaller and Ethel Frankhouser.
She was a homemaker and a farmer"s and auctioneer"s wife. She lived in Kenton for 29 years before moving to Ada in 1988.
Memorials may be made to Ada Visiting Nurses and Hospice.
