Graveside services for Florence M. Hale will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Grove Cemetery in Kenton.
There will be no visitation.
She died at 8:20 a.m. Sunday, May 18, 2008, at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 10, 1917, in England to Leslie Morgan and Anna Jones. On Aug. 1, 1938, she married Thomas George Hale, who preceded her in death on June 28, 1973.
Surviving are a daughter, Janet (Dennis) Blair of LaRue; three grandchildren, David (Wendy) Jordan, Mark (Wendy) Jordan and Suzanne Jordan, all of Belle Center; two step-grandchildren, Dennis (Tiffany) Blair of Reynoldsburg and Phil Blair of Marion; four great-grandchildren, Deveon, Cierra, Taylor and Justin Jordan and a step-great-grandchild, Mason Blair.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy and Ciss and two brothers, Les and Horace.
She was a homemaker.
In November of 1952 Florence and Thomas along with their infant daughter Janet moved to the United States and settled in Kenton.

A memorial service for Robert J. Jones will be at a later date at Grove Cemetery in Kenton.
He died at 12:50 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
He was born Dec. 1, 1929, in Columbus to Kensel and Gladys (Johnson) Jones. On Feb. 16, 1952, he married Twilla K. Anderson and she preceded him in death on Jan. 9, 1992.
Surviving are a son, Chris (Cindy L.) Jones of Kenton; a grandson, a granddaughter, two great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters; five sisters, Sue (Dave) Donohoe of Columbus, Wanita Allen of Orient, Evelyn (Gary) Rawlins of Columbus, Marcella (Al) Sisson and Rose (Lester) Dean; three brothers, Richard Selby, Jack Kotterman and Marshall Puckett and a step-sister, Ruby Reddnik.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Puckett.
He retired from Durez Occidental Chemical Corp., Kenton.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and served with the U.S. Marines in World War II. He was a member of VFW Post 3333, B.P.O.E. 157, Amvets Post 1994 and Kenton Family Moose Lodge 428.
