Charlotte Heffner. Burial will be in the Maplewood Cemetery near Spencerville. Friends may call 3-8 p.m. Friday at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. She died at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016 at the Otterbein-Cridersville Senior Care Center, where she had resided with her husband and son.
