Neiswander will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 24 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada by Deacon Michael Hood. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada. Military services will be conducted by the Ada VFW Post 9381 Honor Guard. Friends may call two hours prior to the service, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 24. He died at 11 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018 at Birchaven Village, Findlay. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution can be made to the First United Methodist Church of Ada, 301 North Main Street, Ada, Ohio 45810 and/or Bridge Hospice 15100 Birchaven Lane, Findlay, Ohio 45840.
