Services for Raymond “Jack” Stewart Sr. will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Clark Shields Funeral Home in Forest by the Revs. Steve Umphress and Rex Roth. Interment will follow in Jackson Center Cemetery, Forest.
Friends may call 3-8 p.m. today.
He died at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay.
He was born Jan 3, 1926 in Forest to the late William and Emma (Shumaker) Stewart. He married Evelyn Leip and they later divorced.  He then married Carol L. Russell on July 19, 1974 and she survives in Findlay.
Also surviving are his children, Sandra (Don) Scott of Kalamazoo, Mich., Raymond (Cheryl Schmucker) Stewart Jr. of Wooster and Suzzette (Neal) Boyd of Findlay; seven grandchildren, James (Amanda) Schwab, Jeffrey (Tara) Schwab, John (Amanda Bessler) Schwab, Kayla and Megan Stewart, Kyle and Connor Boyd; and a sister, Isabelle Spradlin of Nederland, Texas.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Foster and Richard Stewart; and six sisters, Geneive Dean, Helen March, Mabel Barbas, Oleta Lundien, Lula Stewart and Eleanor Dishong.
He graduated from Forest High School in 1945. Mr. Stewart was a member of Blanchard River Church of Christ.
He was a lifetime Jackson Township Wyandot County farmer, and was a Pioneer Seed dealer for 34 years.
He was a former Jackson Township, Wyandot County, trustee and he was a former member of the Forest Masonic Lodge.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, dart ball, visiting with friends and family, and was proud of  his children and grandchildren.
