Services for Raymond W. “Jack” Stewart will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Clark Shields Funeral Home in Forest.
Friends may call 3-8 p.m. Thursday.
He died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay.
