A memorial service for Rex M. Horne Jr will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Grace Fellowship Church in Kenton. The previously announced time was 11 a.m. Military rites will be conducted by Amvets Post 1994.
Price Funeral Home in Kenton is handling the arrangements.
