Kuaile will begin at noon Friday at Shoffstall Funeral Home, North Chapel, 115 N. Main St., Lakeview. Burial will be in Roundhead Cemetery with military honors provided by the Logan County Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to services on Friday. He died Monday, June 18, 2018 at his residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Campbell Place. Arrangements are in the care of Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview.
