Arrangements for Theodore “Ted” Moore are incomplete at the Schindewolf Stevens Stout Funeral Home in Kenton.
He died at 12:24 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012 at the Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
