Tonia Lynn Richardson Posted on January 9, 2018 0 Age, 52 Phoenix, Ariz. formerly of Kenton A memorial service for Tonia Lynn Richardson will be at a later date in Ohio. She died on Dec. 30, 2017. She was born in Kenton on Dec. 17, 1965 to Don Randy Richardson of Kenton and Judy Lee Richardson of Phoenix, Ariz., and they survive. Also surviving are a daughter, Tasha Lee Richardson; a grandson; two sisters, Michelle Richardson of Phoenix, Ariz., and Breann Richardson of Kenton; and a brother, Cody Richardson of Kenton. She was an active member of the deaf community and a member of the DAC Church in Phoenix, Ariz.
