Joel L. Mowery, Mount Blanchard, was arrested for possession of heroin.
Mykayla Watts, 763 W. Lima St., was arrested on a Lima Municipal Court bench warrant and given a summons for receiving stolen property.
Curtis L. Douglas, 15168 Ohio 309, was arrested on a Logan County bench warrant, given summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia and drug possession, and cited for having an obstructed license plate.
Chelsie Douglas, 15168 Ohio 309, was arrested on a Hardin County bench warrant and given a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Rita Douglas, 15168 Ohio 309, was arrested and given summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Lisa L. Clark, 458 W. Columbus St., was backing from a private drive onto Jennings Street near the intersection of High Street when she failed to see a legally parked vehicle, striking its driver’s side front fender. Clark was cited for failure to maintain full-time attention.
Christopher W. Moeller, 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 74-G, was cited for speeding.
Virginia Whitmore, 725 Decatur St., reported the theft of her checkbook from her residence by a known suspect.
David W. Clary, Zanesfield, reported his 10-year-old son was being abused by a known suspect.
Roger T. Larrabee, 312 Garrett St., Forest, was traveling south on Ohio 53 approaching the intersection of Pattison Street when an unknown driver, traveling north on Forest Road, did not stop at the stop sign, striking Larrabee in the passenger side rear as he was turning south and causing significant damage. The unknown driver fled the scene following the accident.
A suspicious person was reported in the alley near 303 N. Detroit St.
Reckless operation of a semi-truck was reported northbound on Ohio 31 near Mount Victory.
A disturbance was reported at Eagle’s Point Apt. C 11.
A homeless man was reported trying to beg for money at Wendy’s.
A pit bull was reported running loose near Porterhouse West.
A theft was reported at 115 S. Cherry St.
Two males were reported fighting at 310 Henry St.
A missing juvenile was reported on the square.
A neighbor dispute was reported at 633 S. Detroit St.
Hardin sheriff
Jamie Denise Anderson, 780 W. Franklin St., was traveling south on CR 135, with an unknown driver traveling in the same direction. The unknown driver began to overtake Anderson to the left but failed to exit the southbound lane completely, striking Anderson in the left rear. The unknown driver fled the scene of the accident.
Shaunnah R. Shaffer, Belle Center, was traveling east on Ohio 67 when a deer entered the roadway from the south and struck the vehicle on the passenger side.
Alan L. Harp, 208 Stevens St., was on private property at Quest Federal Credit Union, 12837 U.S. 68, attempting to access the ATM. When the vehicle went through the drive-through, the wheels of the trailer Harp was pulling struck several posts, including a support post.
Barbara Holbrook, Lima, was stopped at the stop sign northbound on CR 75 at the intersection of CR 110. Teddy Coburn, 409 W. South St., McGuffey, was stopped directly behind Holbrook. As a semi-truck began to turn south onto CR 75, Holbrook began to back up, striking Coburn.
