A two-vehicle rollover crash was reported at Leighton and Franklin streets Saturday morning. A report was not available.
Georgia Lightner, 407 S. Leighton St., was arrested on an APA warrant.
Skyler Douglas Castle, 619 Robinson Ave., was arrested on a bench warrant from the Hardin County Municipal Court and given a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jesse Risner, 425 King St., was arrested and given a summons for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and obstructing official business, and cited for a suspended license violation and reckless operation.
Miranda Keckler, 208 S. Leighton St., was given a summons for failure to comply and cited for an FRA violation.
Gertrude Fraber, 234 N. High St., Mount Victory, was cited for a red light violation.
Jennifer Waddle, 343 W. Carrol St., reported the theft of a weed eater and a gas can from her garage.
An assault on a juvenile was reported at 1037 S. Main St.

Paul G. Coker, 2661 Wayne St., Dola, was traveling north in the 5000 block of U.S. 68 when he looked down and traveled left-of-center, continuing off the left side of the roadway. He struck a culvert and continued on top of it, coming to rest facing south off of the left side of the roadway. He was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
Edwin E. Fout, Bellefontaine, was traveling south on U.S. 68 when a deer ran into his path of travel, causing him to strike it and result in heavy damage.
Gale Tracy, 4779 TR 173, Forest, was traveling south on CR 159 when a deer struck the driver’s side of the vehicle.
A domestic situation was reported at 14126 CR 155.
