Shepherd, 6978 Ohio 195, Alger, reported the known male had stolen the truck from his cousin’s driveway at 1013 N. Front St., Alger. According to Shepherd, after following his vehicle with his cousin, they pulled in front of it to try to get it to stop but the driver drove through the Alger Assembly of God’s Church lawn and went around them. They then followed the suspect out of town where he attempted to go through the intersection but struck another vehicle driven by Amy Blackmon, who was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital, as was the suspect.
