Police Reports: December 26, 2013

Kenton police
Tuesday
Nancy Cavinee, 515 E. Eliza St., was driving southbound on N. High Street and pulled into an intersection at E. Columbus St., striking a westbound vehicle driven by Broke Stone, 461 S. Walnut St., Dunkirk. Cavinee was citied for failing to obey a traffic control device.
Benjamin Berry, 347 1/2 N. Main St., was driving southbound on S. Wayne Street when he struck a parked car owned by Emery Kahler, 226 S. Wayne St. Berry was cited for OVI and reasonable control.
Marcella Smith, Kenton, reported parking her car in the Walmart parking lot to report for work at 5:30 a.m. When she left the store, she discovered the catalytic converter had been removed from her car.
A burglary was reported at 624 W. Columbus Street.
A water leak was reported at 830 Maydoll Drive.
A possible rape was turned over to the sheriff’s office.
A large trash fire was reported at 321 W. Railroad Street.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at Walmart.
A dispute was reported at 125 E. Railroad Street.
Wednesday
Beatrice Summerville, 1002 E. Columbus St., reported her wallet was taken from her purse while she was at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
Loud music was reported at 53 Westview Estates.
Allen Moore, 223 Park Ave., was arrested on a warrant from the Hardin County Municipal Court.
Jeremy L. Clark, 538 E. Columbus St., was cited for driving on a closed road.
A possible fight was reported at Eagles Point apartments.
