Belinda Lightner, 615 Madison St., was arrested and given a summons for possession of drug abuse instruments.
Beth A. Hellman, Fort Jennings, was traveling east on Summit Street approaching the intersection of Hester Street when she failed to negotiate the right turn and slid on ice, striking a sign post and then a bush, and coming to rest in a yard just east of the intersection. Hellman was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
Richard Ray, 505 W. Carrol St., reported that he was at home when an unknown female knocked at the door. She claimed to have run out of gas and needed help, so he let her inside. He then said he gave the female a tour of his home and after turning on some lights, they went into the living room where he discovered another unknown female had entered his home and was sitting on his couch. After they both had left, Ray discovered his wallet and the $80 that was inside missing.
Daniel C. Higbie, 228 N. High St., reported that sometime over the last several weeks someone entered his garage and stole several items.
A possible hit-skip accident was reported in the 400 block of West North Street.
A reckless vehicle was reported in the 900 block of Detroit Street.
Two suspicious males on bicycles were reported on West Franklin Street in the area of Harrison Street.
A possible hit-skip accident was reported at Cherry and Franklin streets.

David A. Ross, 310 E. Ohio St., Kenton, was traveling north on U.S. 68 when he lost control of the vehicle in the snow, causing him to enter into a clockwise spin and running off the right (east) side of the road. The vehicle then began to spin counter-clockwise until it was parallel with the roadway, coming to rest in the ditch.
Anders Olsson, Blacklick, was traveling east on Ohio 309 when he slid on ice and spun to the left (north). The vehicle then left the north side of the roadway and turned over onto its passenger side.
Jade M. Lackey, Marion, was traveling north on CR 265. As she crossed the intersection of TR 255, she lost control on the ice and snow and left the roadway to the right, striking a tree head-on. She was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
Patricia Forman, Upper Sandusky, was traveling east on Ohio 67 when a deer crossed the road. She managed to slow to approximately 25 mph before striking the deer, causing light damage.
Drew Swavel, 403 W. Taylor St., Mount Victory, reported an identity theft.
