The theft of several items was reported at Walmart, 1241 E. Columbus St. Donald Lee Napper, LaRue, and Taylor J. Hall, Bellefontaine, were later arrested for theft.
Jason Burd, 523 Decatur St., was arrested on an APA order.
Robert K. Pelfrey, 641 S. Wayne St., was cited for expired plates.
Heidi Faulkner, Lima, was cited for passing to the right – duty to yield.
Mack Buroker, 417 Vine St., reported the vandalism of a dog house and a storage shed at his residence.
Michelle Dunson, 411 N. Detroit St. Apt. 2A, reported the theft of several electronic items from her residence by a known suspect.
Angela Legge, 9335 CR 135, reported a theft from 348 N. Wayne St. by a known suspect.
Domestic violence by known suspects was reported at 332 N. High St.
A suspicious person was reported in the area of the 200 block of West Carrol Street.
A verbal dispute was reported in the 700 block of West Lima Street.
A non-injury crash was reported at 917 E. Columbus St.
A non-injury crash was reported in front of the Kenton Fire Department on South Main Street.
