Police Reports: May 21, 2012

Kenton police
Lejeanne L. Gossard, 15139 TR 60, Forest, was traveling south in the 300 block of S. Detroit Street. James S. Masi, 1025 S. Main St., following behind Gossard, began passing her to the left in a no passing zone. Gossard then started turning left, causing Masi to strike her.
Charles Hatcher, 450 Summit St., was traveling west in the 300 block of W. Franklin Street when he began to have mechanical problems with the car. After stopping the car once, he proceeded on, losing control of the vehicle as it began to turn left. Hatcher traveled across the eastbound land and struck a utility pole on the south side of the street. He was cited for reasonable control.
Derek D. Ward, 21518 CR 144, was arrested for disorderly conduct for intoxication.
Gary L. Waite, 2835 CR 135, Dola, was arrested for domestic violence, having weapons while under disability-alcohol, carrying concealed weapons and discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises.
Aaron Root, 214 N. Cherry St., was arrested on an Allen County bench warrant.
Michael A. Cunningham, unknown address, was arrested on a bench warrant.
A female juvenile was arrested for a curfew violation.
Charles Kennedy, 980 Meadow Lane Apt. 8, was given a summons for menacing by stalking.
David P. Hill, 212 S. Wayne St., was cited for intoxication.
Amanda L. Murphy, Columbus, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Tonya L. Howe, 1255 W. North St., was cited for speeding in a school zone.
Tyon D. Kelly, 134 W. Buckeye St., Ada, was cited for an FRA violation and expired plates.
Jon Nichols, Lima, was cited for expired plates.
Douglas Allen Baughman, 402 N. Cherry St., reported the theft of several items from a shed at his residence
Kristin Wallace, 841 S. Detroit St., reported the theft of a wallet from her residence.
Randy Crum, 440 N. Ida St., reported a window broken at his residence.
Breaking and entering was reported in the back of 121 N. Detroit St.
A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 400 block of E. Columbus Street.
Items were reported missing from a residence at 128 Harrison St.
Harassment was reported at 505 W. Carrol St.
Vandalism was reported at 138 E. Railroad St.
A theft was reported at 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 34D.
People were reported going in and out of a broken window at 212 N. Market St.
A possible break-in was reported at 212 E. Franklin St.
An unruly juvenile was reported at 212 S. Cherry St.
Aggressive dogs were reported running loose in the 400 block of W. Carrol St.
A non-injury accident was reported at the Church of Christ on E. Columbus Street.
Reckless operation of a vehicle was reported on W. Franklin Street.
A one-vehicle crash was reported in front of the post office on W. Franklin Street.
A suspicious vehicle was reported coming into town from Forest.
A fight was reported at 214 N. Cherry St.
Several juveniles in the 100 block of S. Leighton Street were reported mooning people as they drove by.
Harassment was reported at 823 W. North St.
A hit-skip crash was reported at the Kenton athletic building.
An unwanted female was reported at 432 N. Oak St.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 600 block of Decatur Street.
An unlicensed driver was reported on Ohio 67 West.
An intoxicated male was reported at 433 E. Eliza St.
A fight about to occur was reported at Kroger gas station.
Harassment was reported at Springbrook Apt. 10.
A suspicious person was reported at Save-a-Lot.
Hardin sheriff
Amber N. Biglow, 13230 CR 155 Apt. 9, reported domestic violence by a known suspect.
Bonnie L. Marsh, 302 E. Ohio St., reported a domestic disturbance at 13874 Ohio 81, Dunkirk.
Jim Lyle, 3380 CR 130, Alger, reported vandalism to five monuments at the cemetery in Belle Center.
Austin J. Hanson, 416 W. Patterson St., Dunkirk, reported a male riding a mower aroundl; arguing with nearby residents and    threatening them in the 300 block of W. Patterson St., Dunkirk.
Jennifer L. Sherwood, Belle Center, reported domestic violence when a known suspect had thrown a coffee cup at her, but had missed and struck a parked van at the residence.
A subject was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia at The Bar, 12890 U.S. 68.
