Lejeanne L. Gossard, 15139 TR 60, Forest, was traveling south in the 300 block of S. Detroit Street. James S. Masi, 1025 S. Main St., following behind Gossard, began passing her to the left in a no passing zone. Gossard then started turning left, causing Masi to strike her.
Charles Hatcher, 450 Summit St., was traveling west in the 300 block of W. Franklin Street when he began to have mechanical problems with the car. After stopping the car once, he proceeded on, losing control of the vehicle as it began to turn left. Hatcher traveled across the eastbound land and struck a utility pole on the south side of the street. He was cited for reasonable control.
Derek D. Ward, 21518 CR 144, was arrested for disorderly conduct for intoxication.
Gary L. Waite, 2835 CR 135, Dola, was arrested for domestic violence, having weapons while under disability-alcohol, carrying concealed weapons and discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises.
Aaron Root, 214 N. Cherry St., was arrested on an Allen County bench warrant.
Michael A. Cunningham, unknown address, was arrested on a bench warrant.
A female juvenile was arrested for a curfew violation.

A one-vehicle crash was reported in front of the post office on W. Franklin Street.
A suspicious vehicle was reported coming into town from Forest.

Several juveniles in the 100 block of S. Leighton Street were reported mooning people as they drove by.

Jim Lyle, 3380 CR 130, Alger, reported vandalism to five monuments at the cemetery in Belle Center.
Austin J. Hanson, 416 W. Patterson St., Dunkirk, reported a male riding a mower aroundl; arguing with nearby residents and threatening them in the 300 block of W. Patterson St., Dunkirk.
Jennifer L. Sherwood, Belle Center, reported domestic violence when a known suspect had thrown a coffee cup at her, but had missed and struck a parked van at the residence.
A subject was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia at The Bar, 12890 U.S. 68.
