Kenton police
Sharon Heydinger, 824 Maydoll Drive, reported a theft at Jolene’s Cozy Cafe, 507 E. Columbus St. The suspect fled the business after allegedly stealing a sum of money from the counter. Upon fleeing, he was pursued by several customers at the business. Timothy James Mullins, 398 E. Forest Road Apt. B22, was eventually stopped by the customers and arrested for theft.
Jolene L. Kalb, 734 S. Detroit St., was arrested and given a summons for disorderly conduct.
Stephen T. Pope, Rushsylvania, was arrested for burglary.
Jonathan L. Steele, 310 E. Franklin St. Apt. 3, reported the theft of his blue/green mountain bike from his residence.
An assault was reported at Scioto Village.
A car on fire was reported in the 500 block of North Detroit Street.
Reckless operation of a semi was reported coming into Kenton on U.S. 68.
Reckless operation was reported heading north on Jacob Parrott Boulevard.
A domestic dispute was reported at Scioto Village Apt. 1.
A burglary was reported at 817 Decatur St.
A possible burglary in progress was reported in the 200 block of North Detroit Street.
A suspicious person was reported at Champion Court going door to door.
A possible theft was reported from a blue apartment building on Grape Street.
A theft was reported in the 800 block of South Main Street.
A possible fight was reported at 435 Summit St.
A gas meter was reported struck by a car in the 900 block of Wilson Street.
A possible theft was reported at Kmart.
A possible fight was reported at 340 N. Ida St.
Suspicious persons were reported at Marathon on East Columbus Street.
Unwanted persons were reported at 432 N. Oak St.
