Jeffrey W. Elliott, 420 Kohler St., was cited for expired plates.
Kimberly D. Brooks, 623 E. Franklin St., was parked in a gravel parking lot at the rear of 503 Decatur St. facing east. Brooks attempted to back out of the lot and onto Dixon Street but the rear of the vehicle struck a guide wire to a utility pole. After getting off of the wire, Brooks left the scene of the accident. She was cited for failure to stop after an accident.
Deborah L. Little, 980 Meadow Lane Apt. 33, reported the theft of $40 from her residence.
Ericka L. Dunson, 1255 W. North St., reported a burglary and the theft of $1,100 cash from 841 W. Franklin St.
A neighbor dispute was reported at 762 Vernon St.
A dog bite was reported at 417 W. Franklin St.
Hardin sheriff
Matthew Bahr, 8133 Ohio 67, was eastbound on Ohio 67 when he drove through standing water, causing him to lose control and spin off the roadway, coming to rest after striking a pole.
Jeremiah Bailey, 373 E. Hale St., Ridgeway, reported the theft of medication from his vehicle.
