Grateful for honest people

To the editor:
While shopping at the Kenton Walmart with my daughter, getting the items I needed, and then rushing to my car, I dropped my debit card.
When leaving the store I pushed the shopping cart up to my vehicle and pulled my phone, debit card, and napkins out of my hoodie pouch and then replaced them into the pouch. I then put my daughter into the car, and while doing so, I accidentally dropped my debit card without knowing. I went home Tuesday evening, thinking I misplaced it in my car, so I had no worries.
Well, the next morning came and I still couldn’t find it. I had a feeling to call Walmart to see if it was turned into Customer Service. I called; sure enough, it was! So, I would like to thank whomever turned it in. Your honesty is rare, and really appreciated. The world could use a lot more people like you, but I’m glad there are still honest people out there like yourself. Being said, I intend to “pay it forward” and hope to see a chain of good acts.
Thank You! And God Bless!
