The first dish day of the Hardin County Fair this year featured breakfast casseroles. The winner was Lori Paul, who submitted a Mexican breakfast casserole. Second place honors went to Erin Pobin, who brought an egg casserole. Dee Vermillion’s French Toast Lasagna entry earned a third place title.
