Dog show winners

Obedient, top groomed dogs took home awards at the Dog Show, held Saturday at the Hardin County Fair.

Shelby Hazelton, daughter of Chad and Jamie Hazelton, with her dog, Lulu, received the award for reserve obediance champion in Saturday’s dog show. She is a member of the Hardin County Tailwaggers 4-H club.

Taking home obediance grand champion honors was Bailey Wagner with her dog, Tuff. Bailey is the daughter of Cory and Carol Wagner and is a member of the Hardin County Tailwaggers 4-H club.

Overall showmanship champ

Taylor Weaver, daughter of DeWayne and Melissa Weaver, was awarded grand champion overall showmanship Saturday with her dog, Akira. She also placed first in senior B showmanship. Taylor is a member of the Hardin County Tailwaggers 4-H club.

Open B and novice B winner

Bailey Wagner, daughter of Cory and Carol Wagner, placed first in the graduate open B and graduate novice B classes with her dogs, Tuff and Elwood. She is a member of the Hardin County Tailwaggers 4-H club.

Gabrielle Weaver, daughter of DeWayne and Melissa Weaver, with her dog, Jake, received reserve champion overall showmanship honors at the dog show Saturday. She also placed first in the junior B showmanship class. Gabrielle is a member of the Hardin County Tailwaggers 4-H club.

Adeline Moore, daughter of Daniel and Matt Moore, with her dog, Ellie, was the first place winner of the obediance sub-novice A and junior showmanship classes. She is a member of the Hardin County Tailwaggers.

Taking first place in the novice A showmanship class was Jared Ruhlen, son of Mark and Sara Ruhlen, with his dog, Jersey. He is a member of the Hardin County Tailwaggers 4-H club.

Catherine Osborne, daughter of Paul and Marissa Osborne, was the first place winner of intermediate grooming and handling A showmanship with her dog Murray at the Hardin County Fair dog show Saturday. She is a member of the Pawsitive Attitude 4-H club.

Receiving the first place award for senior grooming and handling A was Hope Hazelton, daughter of Chad and Jamie Hazelton, with her dog, Jack. She is a member of the Hardin County Tailwaggers 4-H club.
