Ribbons were awarded at Wednesday’s rabbit show at the 2012 Hardin County Fair.

Reserve buck winner
Shaye Creamer was named reserve champion in the fancy buck category during Wednesday’s competition. She is a member of the Country Timers 4-H club and is the daughter of Shaun and Sandra Creamer.

Reserve commercial winner
Tyler Rall, son of Parry Rall and Katie Jump, took home the award for reserve champion commercial buck with his New Zealand rabbit in Wednesday’s competition. He is a member of the Hardin Northern FFA.

First place rabbits
Kelsey Stanfield took first place honors in the beginner showmanship and both the buck and doe Dutch rabbits comptitions Wednesday afternoon. She is a member of the Ridgeway Junior Boosters and is the daughter of Diana and Scott Stanfield.

Grand and reserve champion
Damian Newman, son of Stephanie and Richard Newman, received grand champion honors in doe fancy and reserve champion in best overall fancy in Wednesday’s rabbit show. He is a member of the Hare Raisers 4-H club.

Pen of three runner-up
Grace Poeppelman of the Ridgeway Junior Boosters was named reserve champion in pen of three meat rabbits during the rabbit show Wednesday. She is the daughter of Sherry and Mike Poeppelman.

Multiple winner
Jared Hunt was the grand champion in the pen of three meat rabbits, reserve champion in the commercial doe competition, and was the single fryer champion Wednesday. He is the son of John and Lori Hunt and is a member of the Alger Junior Farmers.

Three-time winner
Cami Lowery was named grand champion for her commercial buck, reserve champion fancy doe and first in the junior showmanship competition. She is a member of the Country Timers 4-H club and is the daughter of Ron and Cathy Lowery.

Second place showman
Jordan Furer, son of Richard and Sheryl Furer, took home second place in senior showmanship at Wednesday’s rabbit show. He is a member of the Country Timers 4-H club.

Grand champion rabbits
Jordan Furer received grand champion honors in facncy buck and fancy rabbit, and reserve grand champion in best in show overall in Wednesday’s rabbit show. He is the son of Richard and Sheryl Furer.
