Ready for plant sale

Marsha Watkins and Steve Phillips are among members of Hardin County garden organizations busy potting plants for the annual plant sale that will be held Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon in the Arts and Crafts Building at the fairgrounds. Browsing and coffee will be available beginning at 8:30 a.m. Participating are Deep Roots Garden Club, Hardin Northern Garden Club, Hardin County Master Gardeners, Hardin County Men’s Garden Club, Hardin County Herb Society, Kenton Garden Club and Mill Stream Rose Society. Proceeds are used by these organizations to fund community projects throughout the year.
