The Hardin County Council on Aging is hosting Senior Citizens’ Day to be held on Friday, May 18 at the Hardin County Fairgrounds Community Building. The program will feature “Memories with Elvis” by Mike Albert.
Albert is a popular Elvis impersonator, sings and looks like Elvis and will be mingling and interacting with the crowd. He will be available for photos after the performance as well.
The “Senior Citizen of the Year” and “Volunteer of the Year” will also be recognized and a lunch will be included for $6.50 per person. Tickets may be purchased at the Council on Aging, 100 Memorial Avenue, Kenton.
Donations of gifts are presently being accepted to be used for door prizes at this event with those drawings to follow the program and dinner. Donations are requested by April 30 to be recognized on the program.
