Elks hoops shoot set for January 6 at KHS

The Kenton Elks Lodge will host its annual free throw shooting contest on Sunday, Jan. 6 at the Kenton High School gym.
Registration is at 1 p.m. with the competition starting at 2 p.m.
This event is open any Hardin County hoopster between the ages of 8 and 13 (as of April 1, 2013).
Each shooter attempts 25 shots from the free throw line, while 8- and 9-year olds will shoot from 11 feet.
Winners in both boys and girls divisions advance to the district contest to be held at the University of Findlay on Sunday, Jan. 13.
