Jon. Alder gets past Ben Logan, 41-26

BELLEFONTAINE — Jonathan Alder took the lead in the second quarter and pulled away in the third quarter on the way to a 41-26 victory over Ben Logan in a non-league boys basketball game between Central Buckeye Conference cross-divisional teams.

The game was tied 6-6 after eight minutes before the Knights outscored Ben Logan 8-2 in the second quarter and 12-4 in the third eight minutes.

Nolan Robson netted 12 points to lead the Raiders, while Cole Jones added 7.

Ben Logan falls to 11-6 on the season.

Henry Walker led Jonathan Alder with 12 points. The Knights are 13-3.

Ben Logan won the junior varsity game 45-38. Davontae Fahle led the Raiders with 12 points.

Alder won the freshman game 43-36. Alec Rodenberger had 21 points for Ben Logan.

The Raiders travel to Springfield Northwestern on Friday.
