Kenton 8th grade baseball finishes with win

LIMA — The Kenton eighth grade baseball team finished its season with a 9-5 win over Lima on Thursday.
Hitting for the Wildcats were Britton Hensel with three hits, including a triple and four RBIs. Luke Nichols added two singles, David Reisinger a double and Dustin Edler an RBI.
Luke Nichols was the winner for Kenton, allowing four hits and striking out five batters in three innings on the mound.
Hensel threw the final four innings, allowing a hit and striking out six. Both Wildcat pitchers gave up two runs.
