KHS bowling coaches hosting August clinic

A weekly bowling clinic will be held for Kenton High School students entering grades 9-12 from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 3, 10, 17. 24 and 31.

The five-session clinic, which is free of charge, is being funded by the Hardin County Community Foundation and the Hardin County Bowling Association.

It will be taught by Tony Pfeiffer, Eric Latimore and Amy Albert.

During the sessions, fundamentals of the game will be taught, including ball fit and weight, arm swing, footwork, timing, release and finishing position.

One-on-one instruction also will be available.
