Leipsic sweeps HN

LEIPSIC — Leipsic defeated Hardin Northern in three games 25-9, 25-18, 25-14 in a Blanchard Valley Conference volleyball matchup on Wednesday night.
Molly Wilson was 8 of 8 serving with 2 aces, had 6 assists and 2 kills to lead the Polar Bears.
Brianna Campbell added 9 blocks and was 8 of 10 on the attack, while Cami Castle has 4 kills.
The Polar Bears fall to 1-7 on the season.
Leipsic won the junior varsity match 25-12, 25-19.
Ashton Stevenson was 6 of 6 serving, 27 of 27 setting and had 3 assists to lead the Polar Bears. Bethany Fisher was 9 of 9 serving with 2 aces and Alanna Roth was 5 of 5 serving with an ace and 2 kills.
Leipsic won the freshman match 25-17, 25-12. Ashton Stevenson was 4 of 4 serving and 18 of 20 setting. Katie Gault was 4 of 4 serving.
