Lincolnview deals Ada softball first loss

VAN WERT — The Ada softball team suffered its first loss of the season on Monday, dropping an 8-5 decision to Lincolnview.
The Bulldogs received a double and a pair of RBIs from Kendra Paul and three including a double and an RBI from Ashlie Kindle.
Kindle took the pitching loss as Ada dropped to 8-1 overall and 3-1 in NWC play.
Lincolnview’s Ashley McClure struck out 13 Ada batters.
The Bulldogs travel to Leipsic today.
