FINDLAY — The Dunkirk Bears 12U softball team lost to Findlay Dick’s Auto by a score of 11-10 on Tuesday evening.
Pitching for the Bears were Madison Robson with 5 strikeouts and 5 walks and Shelby Alloway with 3 strikeouts.
Leading the Bears on offense were Haylei Pees with a single and 2 RBIs, Shelby Alloway a single and 2 RBIs, and Ashton Dye a single and RBI. Also adding singles were Madison Robson and Eden Craig.
The Bears (4-4) host Fostoria Blue at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Dunkirk Park.

In major league boys baseball Monday night, the Reds defeated the Yankees 6-4.
Hitting for the Reds were Brady Donnelly with a home run and single, Tyler Elsasser with a triple, Brenden Whitaker with a double and single, and Anthony Hites and Dekoda Gilbert with singles.
Hitting for the Yankees were Alex Huston and Brock Cote with doubles and Kobey Rawlins and Lydeon Aldridge with singles.
