Little League: June 28, 2012

The Pirates rallied to defeat the Rockies 18-15 in second farm Little League tournament action on Thursday.
Hitting for the Pirates were Damien Diaz with a home run, a double and a single; Isaiah Howie with 4 singles; Gavin Payne, Devin Miller, Tyson Hopkins and Kayden Atchley with 3 singles each; Dylan Landsberg and Gavin Manns with a double and a single; Chris Atchley with 2 singles and Kasee Sandrus with a single.
Hitting for the Rockies were Marissa Marling with 2 home runs; Brenden Ruth with a home run and 2 singles; Brody Heckathorn with a triple and 2 singles; Theo Jesionowski and Colby Quay, both with a double and 2 singles; Liberty Lowe and Bobby Marrow, both with triples; Peyton McMurray with 2 singles and Mason Howard and Dakota Freshcorn, both with singles.
