The Dodgers beat the Indians 2-0 in major league action on Saturday.
Dodger pitchers were Nicholas Molk, Cole Dearing and Shawn Conover, who combined for 12 strikeouts and no walks.
Hitters for the Dodgers were Cole Dearing and Riley Sloan with doubles and Shawn Conover and Jade Keckler with singles.
Hitting for the Indians were Ryan Hale with a single.
Indians pitchers were Hoard, England, Lawrence and Bartlett (no first names given), who combined for 10 strikeouts and six walks.

In major league boys baseball, the Reds defeated the Yankees 8-7 on Saturday.
Hitting for the Reds were Mason Swartz with a single and double, Anthony Hites a double, Brady Donnelly with a single, Brenden Whitaker with two singles, Kyle Goodin with two singles and Dekoda Gilbert with a single.
Hitting for the Yankees were Kyle Orians with two singles, Marcos Diaz with a single, Cory Ludwig a double and single, Alex Huston with three singles, Kobey Rawlins with a double and triple, and Chase Fleece with a single.

Results must be submitted to the Times by 8 a.m. the day after the game or by 10:30 p.m. on Friday nights to be published.
First and last names of players who had hits and the game’s pitchers, as well as the final score, site of the game and day of the game, should be included. Coaches are responsible for making sure results from both teams are given as well as spelling names correctly.
Coaches are encouraged to e-mail results to ktsports@kentontimes.com, drop results off at the Times office or fax results to the Times at 419-673-1125.
