Residents will be able to get portions of old USV track Posted on September 3, 2015 0 McGUFFEY — Work will begin on taking off the old track surface at Upper Scioto Valley High School on Saturday, Sept. 19. Residents of the school district will have the opportunity to take portions of the old surface for farm lanes or other uses.
