Kiper and Speer to wed
Ruth Ellen Kiper and Jason William Speer are announcing their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of David and Jeannette Kiper of Forest. She is a graduate of Heritage Christian School and Maranatha Baptist Bible College. She is a fourth grade teacher at Schaumberg Christian School.
Her fiance is a graduate of Northshore County Day School in Winnetka, Ill. He is vice president of Quality Float Works of Schaumberg and a village trustee of Streamwood, Ill.
The ceremony is set for Sept. 20.
Hale, Rudasill engaged
Brittany LeeAnn Hale and Joshua Elkin Rudasill are announcing their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Michael and Patricia Hale of Ridgeway. She is a 2002 graduate of Ridgemont High School. She is employed at Kimmel Cleaners.
Her fiance is the son of Elkin and Linda Rudasill of Ridgeway. He is a 2000 graduate of Ridgemont High School and employed at Precision Strip.
The ceremony is set for 4:30 p.m. August 2, at McIntosh Center, Ohio Northern University.
